I’m phone-challenged – I need the ‘low down’ on ‘fake iphone’ style phones, eg CECT I9 IClone, Dream G2.?
I read about these somewhere, and they sound like some wonderful fantasy frolic, all these wonderful features in a stylish phone that would usually cost hundreds but which is mysteriously much cheaper than this… WHY? Is it merely a big ‘brand snob’ factor that you’re missing out on, or are they crap for some reason?
Also, do any ‘fake iphone’ style phones have wifi?
The problems with the fake iphones are that they dont have the same exact user interface as the iphone. The fake iphones have a slower interface and even though some of the new ones look almost similar to an iphone, their just not the same. Some of the fake iphones have wifi but not all of them. I have seen some fake iphones cost the same as a regular iphone. So, if your buying it online, look for the lowest price. If it costs around $175, just put in the extra $25 and get a 3GS or just $100 for a 3G. Trust me, the fake iphones will not fullfill your needs as a real iphone does
