Need Reception advice!!

We got married Dec 29th in Colorado after wedding planning headaches here in TX. We’re having our reception here in TX on March 1st and I am needing last minute advice. The place that we are having the reception at a place that does it all- center pieces and everything.. but I want to add my own personal touch. Our colors are Navy and white- any ideas or advice at all is GREATLY appreciated! I want to add some flowers into the decor since the place doesn’t supply any real flowers. I thought about having the disposable cameras on a side table for guests to take pics, also.. for the guest book, more of a guest jar- where guests can write a special message to us and place it in the jar (I’m a scrapbooker, so I really have no use for a sign in book).. maybe a camera by the jar so guests can take a self portrait? poloroid maybe?..
Any advice is appreciated- THANKS!
I really like the picture frames (matting) that guests sign.
