Shoulder Muscles worked during Machine Shoulder Press..?
What shoulder muscles does the Life Fitness Shoulder Press machine work. I know there’s 2 ways to hold the handles. If you use the front handles with the palms facing down, what part of the shoulder will you work?

If youre sitting on the chair/bench and pressing towards the ceiling you’d be working the front of your shoulders. If you have your arms infront and lift the handles you should be working the top of the shoulder, hope that helps
